Blas burgers are made using Cornish meat, naturally reared, free range and cooked on a chargrill. All the produce we use is fresh, seasonal and, as far as possible, locally sourced. We also offer a Blackbean burger with corn salsa and guacamole, our award winning Halloumi Stack with caper aioli, chargrilled mackerel fillets with beetroot and horseradish tzatziki and, of course, our classic 100% cornish beef burger collection
