Our nautical themed leisure pool is a key feature here at Ships & Castles Leisure Centre, you'll find a flume, wave machine, and a River Run, as well as poolside Jacuzzi's offering you the perfect space to sit back and relax or enjoy plenty of fun with the whole family.

The water features are activated every 20 minutes (during Aqua Splash sessions only).

The 70 metre flume is the longest in the region and is a sure fire hit with children (Over 5's only) and adults.

There is a shallow beach area for little ones to play away from the main area; introducing them to the excitement of the pool at their own pace.

Please note that during busy periods your swim session may be restricted, this is to ensure the safety of all pool users and comply with maximum bather loads, and weak or non swimmers are not permitted to pass the 1.3 meter demarcated line.
