Our gym & spa has something for everybody!

Ocean Breeze Spa near Newquay in Cornwall features a wide range of relaxing, Darphin health and beauty treatments as well as a heated indoor swimming pool & steam room and a gym equipped with the latest cardio and resistance machine. For members of our gym and for hotel guests we also offer childcare. 

Please note that the minimum age for the gym is 16. Anyone visiting the spa under the age of 16 has to be supervised by an adult. Some of the treatments are only suitable for visitors 18 years and older.
