The large Victorian Guest House was built in 1886 and is AA 4 Star Rated Guest Accommodation. The rooms feature high quality "Stag" furniture, comfortable matresses and micro-fibre duvets & pillows. 

We have 8 en-suite bedrooms, 4 Doubles (1 double bed in each room), 1 Single, (1 single bed) 1 Twin (2 single beds) & 2 Triples ( 1 double bed & 1 single bed in each room) all of which have a digital TV, DVD player, hair dryer, radio alarm, welcome tray (tea/coffee making facilities), cooling fans & central heating. En-suite facilities consist of a modern shower, toilet, wash basin, towel warmer, hand & bath towels, complimentary toiletries.

BT Superfast Broadband is available free of charge throuhout the Dunedin via our WIFI system and download speeds of up to 76 megabytes are possible

Breakfast is served in our ground floor Breakfast Room.and we offer a selection of cereals, fruit juices & segments and cooked to order main courses to suit a wide variety of tastes.and preferences.
