Stithians Lake

Stithians Lake in Cornwall is considered one of the windiest inland waters in England. It's not surprising therefore that it's a favourite with wingers, windsurfers and sailors alike.

At the lake you can enjoy a range of water-based activities including winging, eFoiling, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding and multi-activity days. There is a campsite adjacent to the water’s edge and a cafe onsite for light lunches and refreshment.

Stithians is also a place where you can relax and observe the resident wildlife, somewhere to stretch your legs and embrace a moment of calm or a scenic retreat where you can enjoy a well-deserved café treat.

Our five-day sailing courses are a great way to learn the basics and earn RYA qualifications.
Experience a different view of the lake and hire a variety of watersports equipment including kayaks, stand up paddleboards and sail boats. Hire is available when the Activity Centre is open.
Do you have your own watersports equipment? You can launch your own kit on the lake from as little as £16. Self-launch is available when the Activity Centre is open and booking in advance is required via our website. Those wishing to use their own equipment on the lake require third party insurance.
Our campsite is open with a choice of electric and non-electric pitches.
