A variety of waymarked walking and mountain bike trails take you deep into 265 hectares of mixed conifer and native broadleaf trees to discover stunning viewpoints and instriguing history.
There are activities to suit every interest and ability in the steep stream valleys that feed Cardinham Water, from a gentle stroll to Lady Vale Bridge, to a daring adventure on the Bodmin Beast mountain bike trail, or a fun session with the children at Badger Forest School.
Four waymarked walking trails and miles of other tracks to explore offer plenty of opporutnities to blow away the cobwebs in the beautiful Cornish countryside. Shift up a gear with some off-road mountain biking on Cardinham's 12km blue graded Bodmin Beast trail and two red graded trails: Dialled-in Dave and Hell's Teeth.
When you're ready to refuel, the award-winning Woods Cafe awaits with delicious homesmade meals, light bites and cakes, served in beautiful surroundings.
