Edens Horizon is a family friendly spacious self-catering property with 6 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for 12 people. It can be split to accomodate smaller parties or rented as a whole house. Maximum occupancy is 12 plus up to 2 babies.  The house has 2 very well equipped kitchens with washing machines tumble drier ovens hobs microwave and a Kitchen supplies package. There are 2 sitting rooms both with TVs one with freeview and one with Sky Q, dvd players and video players. There is plenty of comfortable seating for 12 in the 28 foot sitting room and in the cosy smaller sitting room. There is a 29ft dining room with large table seating 12. Wooden floors throughout the ground floor, tiles or vinyl in both kitchens and carpet in the downstairs twin bedroom. Next to the downstairs bedroom is a toilet and basin. Upstairs there are 5 more bedrooms, 3 king and 2 twin all with divan beds. Two kings has an ensuite, one of which is a Jack and Jill family bathroom and a further full family bathroom. There are 2 staircases giving complete access to the whole house on both floors. There is full central heating through out including heated towel rails in all the bathrooms.

Bedding bath sheets hairdryer laundry and ironing facilities mini shampoos and bath sheets are included. Beach towels and baby equipment are available.

There are stunning views over St Austell and countryside. There is a large garden and parking on the drive.

Kate the owner grew up in the house and now as a retired nurse looks after all the enquiries through the booking  process and stay. A font of local knowledge and information she is happy to assist and answer questions. Kate is normally there to greet guests but there is a keysafe for immediate access to the house in any case. The code is texted to you 24 hours before arrival. We expect you to leave the house as you found it, and can arrange at booking for a hot tub hire or unpacking of in line groceryorders for a fee.We do not accept dogs. We have loved the 10 years of visitors come and going and look forward to welcoming you for a special holiday to Edens Horizon.

Opening Times

Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and depart by 11am. Please text Kate on 07887 656902 when you know your estimated time of arrival. 


Prices vary according to the size of rental required and the number of bedrooms needed.      At Christmas, Easter and July and August minimum stay is 7 nights for the whole rental. Please see website for details www.edenshorizon.co.uk
