The streets of Camborne will come alive with a spectacular day of Steam, entertainment and much more.
The main streets of Camborne are closed to traffic in order to host the attractions of Street Stalls, Choirs, Bands, Clowns, Buskers, Musicians, Dancers, Street Theatre, Processional Dances, Display of Vintage Vehicles, Model Exhibitions, Fairground Rides, Stationary Engine Display and much more.
Taking place in various locations in Fowey, Cornwall’s premier literary festival will once again feature a diverse range of authors, speakers, musicians, and artists.
Organised by the du Maurier Festival Society, it is staged in the beautiful riverside town of Fowey, which was home to Daphne du Maurier and Sir Arthur Quiller-Couch and also associated with Wind in the Willows author Kenneth Grahame.
A highlight of the regional calendar and one of the most significant festivals in the UK, promises an equally impressive line-up of literary and musical talent at a wide range of choice locations in and around one of Cornwall’s most scenic riverside settings.
