    We’re delighted to announce that our iconic magic in the Skies Firework displays are back for the Summer of 2025!

    Join us at the Westernmost point of Cornwall for a thrilling cocktail of pyrotechnic wizardry and vibrant explosions lighting up the skies above Land’s End on Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the school summer holidays!

    Set to a thrilling soundtrack created especially for Land’s End, our iconic nights are the perfect way to end a visit to this unique destination.

    From 10am until late you can enjoy shopping, foodie treats, live music and family entertainment, before our iconic firework display lights up the landmark after dusk.

    Please note: All timings are subject to change and can vary throughout the season. Our fireworks are subject to weather conditions. Please keep an eye on our social channels for the most up to date and accurate information.

    For our 2025 festival, we have a Shakespearean theme. Our opera is Verdi’s comic masterpiece Falstaff which will be conducted by Paul Daniel and features a stellar cast including Darren Jeffery, Roderick Williams, Mark Padmore, Elin Pritchard, Frances Bourne,Thomas Elwin, Carolyn Dobbin, Andrew Slater, Peter Hoare and Jessica Hopkins. We are absolutely delighted that Cornish resident and comic genius Bill Bankes Jones will direct a glittering production as the centrepiece of our Summer programme.

    Charlestown Regatta Week is back for 2025 from Saturday 2nd August– Friday 8th August. The annual community fundraising event, hosted around the historic Georgian harbour village, offers a fun programme of live music and entertainment for all the family.

    ​A must-visit in the summer calendar, for residents and visitors alike, Charlestown Regatta Week is organised by a team of volunteers and the 2025 event is the 53rd Regatta Week hosted in the village.

    The Week’s programme includes raft races, water sports, pasty demonstrations, a gig rowing challenge, and favourite events such as the fun triathlon, junior biathlon, children’s sports, an evening with Johnny Cowling, the grand carnival and flora dance procession followed by Proms in the Park with fireworks and of course the Week’s musical finale, Regatta Rocks.
